职位描述：
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities：
? Do billing for sales team, issue official invoice and VAT Fapiao, check all the delivery SO have been billed on weekly basis
? Record advance payment from customer into system and follow up with sales team on unidentified advance payments, match and clear AR with advance payment timely;
? AR accounting treatment, voucher input, setoff, month end closing, preparing AR aging report with clear & accurate information;
? Follow and solve AR issue with customer & sales team closely. Ensure the results are in line with the company objective;
? Maintain and track Fix Assets register, prepare vouchers of depreciation;
? Support on other tasks；
? 熟练掌握有关财经政策、法令以及财务会计制度。
? 完成费用报销原始凭证的初审，完成当月开票、收款的记账凭证，编制年度费用预测表。
? 按照国家会计制度和会计工作规范要求，设置各种会计账册；并按规定记账、算账、报账。
? 负责公司往来债权债务账目的定期检查，按时核对应付、应收明细账目。
? 负责编制会计报表以及编制报表明细表，并进行网上申报。
? 进行有关成本管理工作，主要做好成本的核算和控制。负责成本的汇总、成本核算, 核签、编制会计凭证，整理保管财务会计档案；
? 核算应缴税金及附加，及时编制和报送各种税务报表和办理出口退税事宜；
? 办理税务证照的年检和更新事宜，同税务、财政部门建立和保持良好的工作关系；
? 完成领导交办的其他工作。

Preferred Qualifications
? At least 2-5 years working experiences in finance or accounting function, working experience in foreign company is preferred;

Required education, skills and experience:

? At least a bachelor or equivalent through experience in Accounting or Finance.
? Generally 2-5 years of experience in related field.
? Strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and ERP systems.
? Work independently and you have the necessary maturity and skills to communicate with customers and other (internal) stakeholders.
? Negotiation, mediation and communication skills.
? Experience in working in an international environment.
? Languages: Fluent in both verbal and written English.

? 至少2到5年外资或国际贸易企业财务工作经验，有丰富的财务处理工作经验；
? 精通国家财税法律规范、财务核算、财务管理、财务分析、财务预测等财务制度和业务；

? 熟悉报税和成本核算流程；
? 熟练的英文口头及书面表达能力；
