SUMMARY
Acts as an administrative liaison between Haartz USA and Haartz Automotive Shanghai on warehousing, logistics, and customer service order processing functions.
Location of daily work will be current warehouse facility in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone.
Administration:
Speak both English and Chinese. Be capable of communicating back to Haartz in English (primarily email) all important customer and logistics provider feedback.
Provide administrative support for all individuals having business activities in Automotive Shanghai on behalf of Haartz globally.
Travel if necessary to logistics provider, customer, locations, or sales representative offices.
Warehousing, Logistics
Coordinate with warehouse staff on cycle counts, FIFO status, and maintenance of overall inventory accuracy via roll scanning activities.
Support repair of damaged freight packaging.
Be self-sufficient in inventory management within the ROSS ERP system.
Research logistics value optimization opportunities for both ocean,air,and inland freight.
Support customs clearance of inbound shipments, holding a custom clearance card considered a plus.
Coordinate when needed, with the accounting agent to finish the tax and invoice activities of Haartz Automotive Shanghai.
Maintain paper records of all transactions between Haartz USA, Haartz Automotive Shanghai, and customers.
Customer Service
Works closely with Haartz Automotive Shanghai customers to make certain orders and releases are interpreted and fulfilled both within and outside of the ROSS ERP system.
Works closely with Haartz USA to make certain requirements are transmitted and accepted for future production planning and order fulfillment.
Organize local logistics when necessary. and maintain good relationships with Chinese custom.
Initiate credits from material returns from International customer.
