Must have experience working on luxury retail projects
必须有奢侈品零售项目的工作经验（内装，家具或者外墙）
Design experience is an advantage
有设计经验会优先考虑
Strong ability to liaise and co-ordinate with clients and contractors
有很好的与客户和承包商联系和协调的能力
Ability to develop and lead a small project team

Good organizational skills, responsible and hardworking

Good command of English and Mandarin
熟练掌握英语和普通话
Software literate (Excel, PPT, Word, MS Projects, AutoCAD a plus)

Responsible for overall project management, site supervision, material procurement and sub-contractor control.
