1. Reports to Head of SMB Direct of PayPal China, responsible for overall business development in Shanghai

2. Manage a 30 people Business Consultant team and meet the regional sales quota

3. Work closely with functional team in Product, Marketing, and other teams

4. Extensive experience in building and managing mid-scale saels team

5. Able to work under pressure and deliver financal results

• Bachelor's degree with 8+years total work experience, at least 4 years' full-time people mgmt
• Demonstrated business development and/or enterprise sales success; experience in ecommerce or online payment industry a strong plus
• A self-starter and results-orientated, with ability to focus on details without losing track of the big picture
• Ability to think strategically
• Team player with demonstrated ability to execute cross-functionally
• Energetic, with ability to work in fast-moving and high stress environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Native Chinese speaking; fluent in English
• MBA or similar degree preferred
