Job Description:

· To monitor and report work progress

管理和报告项目进度

· To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives and subcontractors

控制和监督整个现场工作并且与客户和分包商代表联系沟通

· To gather and analyze data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness

收集和分析有关工作进度、充分性和有效性数据

· Achieve the project goals in terms of quality and timing

及时并且有质量的完成工程

· Responsible to update all interested parties

向所有相关方报告工作进度

· Maintain good relations with clients, designers and suppliers

和客户，设计方，供应商维持良好的关系

· Quality control on site and during production

现场质量控制

Requirements:

· 2+ years experience as a construction manager with luxury retail projects in China

有两年以上在国内奢侈品店铺项目的施工经理的经验

· Must have knowledge of MEP and structural works experience. Having structural or MEP license will be an advantage.

具有机电知识并有相关的结构工作经验。如有结构和机电工程类的证书优先考虑。

· Native Chinese speaker with Intermediate to Advanced English skills

流利的普通话和良好的英语水平

· Computer Literate (AutoCAD , Microsoft Word and Projects)

会用Auto CAD, Microsoft Word和Projects等计算机软件

· Willing to travel and work overtime

愿意出差并且加班

· Pleasant personality and self-motivated

· Strong sense of responsibility and hard working
