Qualifications:

·Good command of English both in writing, reading & listening.

·Familiar with domestic & export shipping procedure
熟悉国内及国外物流流程

· Good knowledge of ERP system/Microsoft office, good sense of data analysis
良好的ERP知识和办公室软件,敏锐的数据分析能力

·At least 1 year working experience in factory logistic function;
至少一年以上工厂物流工作经验

· Colleague degree or above;
大专以上学历

Job Description:

· Handle factory and subcontractor’s delivery, ensure proper packing, accurate shipping documents and smooth delivery process

负责工厂和外发供应商的出货顺利, 确保包装,出货文件的准确性

· Work closely with warehouse team to better control of shipment on time and on efficiency

与仓库紧密联系以便出货及时及有效

· Prepare shipping documents to forwarder or customer, and upload into ERP records

准备物流出货文件给货贷/客户,以及上传到ERP做记录

· Update ERP system cargo delivery status on time

及时更新ESR出货的数据

· Collect supplier payment from SCP/CD team, check to match actual delivery, and unload into ERP and keep update its payment status

收集发票以及确认无误后上传ERP, 并跟踪付款情况

· keep update delivery better status till arrival customer’s forwarder warehouse.

跟踪货物良好状况直到客人指定的仓库
