Makkee Hardware & Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is one of branches of Mak Kee International H.K. Ltd, which specialized in supplying steel wire ropes and rigging accessories since 1957. We are now inviting applications for positions in:
Sales Director
Responsibilities:
- Develop a region business plan.
- Develop sales in the region.
- Establish region sales forecast and budget.
- Measure sales performance and hold sales people accountable.
- Build and sustain customer relationships.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and employees.
- Identify strategic initiatives and take action.
- Recommend staffing additions/ reductions.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder, preferable in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Science or related discipline.
- 8 years or above experience in sales and marketing.
- Managerial experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experienced in working with OEM customers or end users in the construction machinery or marine engineering market is preferable.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Excellent ability to communicate at all levels.
- Self motivated, tenacious and driven to achieve success.
- Excellent networking capability.
- Excellent organization and analytical skills.
- Able to manage customer interface at senior management level.
