It is a worldwide logistics company with its head quarter in Switzerland, opened its first subsidiary in China Shanghai in 1996. There are three major divisions, based on the freight forwarding market, they are: air Freight, for fast transit times, ocean Freight for economical prices and projects for special cargo. The company is currently looking for professionals to work on the project management service (P&G GEM Division) covering all baby care global and regional initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职能

The GEM Vendor Manager will act as the single point of interface between the GEM Initiative Leader and equipment supplier to ensure on-time door to door equipment delivery for all initiatives. Primary responsibilities and services include:
?Development of vendor manager schedule base on order sheet
?Contact equipment suppliers to obtain vendor delivery schedules
?Post accurate, complete and updated VM schedules by closing time.
?Actively participate in supplier bid reviews
?Actively participate in project reviews and technical scope reviews
?Provide timely input/update to ensure current and accurate data at all times for managed vendors
?Management of global equipment reallocation to meet the changing needs/priorities
?Prepare buying requisitions and perform origination in SAP
?Manage door to door equipment delivery/customs clearance interface with freight forwarder. Manage goods receipts and invoice approvals
?Resolve of Early Failure/Shipment Damaged Equipment
?Provide inputs to supplier performance assessment

QUALIFICATIONS 资历条件

Education 教育背景
?University degree or above
?English level: CET-6, fluent oral English

Working Experience 工作经验
?At least 3 years experience working in merchandising/purchasing background, preferable with an international company
?Ideally in fast consumer goods industry
?Experience in vendor management is preferred
