Attend to phone calls and handle all phone enquiries with tact. (婉转的处理所有查询电话)·
Provide assistance to Doctors and fellow colleagues. (给医生和同事提供援助)·
Updating of patient data in the system. (处理病人的详细资料)·
Handle registration and scheduling of patients’ appointments. (办理病人的登记和病人的预约)·
To be able to conduct simple translation between Doctor and patients. (能够为医生和患者之间进行简单翻译)·
Attend to clinic daily collections and transactions. (负责诊所日常运营和收银)·
Responsible for clinic daily collections and transactions settlement. (负责诊所的日常账目和交易结算)·
Managing of patient’s appointment. (管理所有病人的预约表)·
Updating of weekly, monthly patients tracking. (更新每周，每月的病人记录)·
