职位描述：
岗位职责

1、热情并有耐心地接待顾客的咨询，了解顾客的需求并达成销售；
2、负责做好货品销售记录、盘点、账目核对等工作，按规定完成各项销售统计工作；
3、完成商品的来货验收、货物陈列摆放、补货、退货、防损等日常营业工作；
4、做好所负责区域的卫生清洁工作；
5、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格?:
1、对家居装潢，家具布置有热情者
2、1年以上销售工作经验，有销售支持经验者优先；?
3、熟练的英语会话及书写能力 
?4、具有较强的沟通能力，耐心, 组织, 协调能力和团队管理能力；

Job Description

1. Provide sufficient information of our products and services to customers.
2. Understand customers' needs and be able to help customer purchase suitable items.
3. Keep a clear record of inventory, make sure display of products is up to company's standards.
4. Maintain log of all purchase order confirmations and changes. Follow up with office/factory as needed. Ensure confirmation of changes with office/factory.
5. Manage the store on a daily basis independently. Make sure all areas are clean and in good working order.
6. Be able to give feedbacks and suggestions on products/services when needed.
7. Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications:
1. MUST have enthusiasm for home decoration.
2. Good command of verbal and written English.
3. Previous experience in store sales or related field is preferred.
4. Has strong patience, good communication skills can work under stress and is a team player.

The Elm Workshop has been producing and selling quality handmade furniture in Shanghai for more than 10 years. The majority of our clientele is from the expat community in and near Shanghai. Except for custom made furniture, we also have collections of our own, designed by our in-house American designer. We are currently expanding our retail outlets in Shanghai, so we are looking for people who are enthusiastic about home decor to join us and grow with us.
