职位描述：
岗位职责 Job Responsibilities：
1）负责管理所在中心的中外籍少儿英语教师及助教，确保中心教师高质量地完成3至12岁少儿英语教学；
Coordinate the teaching team within your centre, working closely with Language Assistants and English Instructors to maintain the efficiency delivery of high quality learning programmes to children between 3 and 12 years old
2）负责管理中心教学团队的备课及教学；
Oversee planning, preparation and delivery of learning programmes and workshops
3）进行备课并管理教具，完成每周12个小时的教学；
Plan and prepare lessons and teaching materials
4）把控中心教学团队与家长的沟通；
Work with colleagues to supervise appropriate communication with the parents
5）负责协调和组织中心特色活动及节庆活动的安排和开展；
Oversee the organisation and delivery of a variety of learning programmes, workshops and special events
6）配合协助所在中心的中心经理进行管理及员工沟通。
Liaise with and support the Centre Manager by assisting with learning centre administration duties and through effective communication with staff
任职要求 Requirements：
1）专科或以上学历，英语教学相关专业毕业；
A Bachelor Degree or higher in English teaching or similar (Essential)
2）少儿英语培训机构或国际学校教学经验；
Proven experience of teaching English to younger learners within a private language or international school context (Essential)
3）热爱少儿教育培训事业并能针对不同年龄、阶段以及程度的儿童采用通不同的教学方法；
Enthusiasm for teaching English using a variety of approaches, appropriate to age, level and context
4）对英语学习者有同理心；
Empathy for the difficulties children face when learning English as a foreign language
5）卓越的组织协调能力；
Strong organisational skills
6）有跨文化团队协调管理能力；
Ability to coordinate a close knit team of local and other international language instructors and ensure the quality delivery of English learning programmes and events (Essential)
7）为教学团队起到示范带头作用；
Demonstrate and encourage others to develop professional values and attitudes towards our business, services and the quality of our courses (Essential)
8）能适应与少儿儿童一起工作。
Suitability to work with young children as part of a professional teaching team
