Job Description:
1. Coordinate with vendors, forwarders, customers and internal groups to move shipments as schedule.
2. Monitor vendors following company’s shipping policy. Have any mistakes corrected in time.
3. Work with warehouse on receiving, inventory & pick up
4. Work with ERP system on documentation
5. Help with U.S. import operation
6. Other works from U.S. office
7. Office administration coordination
Requirements:
1. 1 year working experience or above
2. Good reading/written English
3. Good coordination & communication skills
4. Team player
5. Willing to work & learn, patient & detail oriented
