职位描述

Responsibility


  • ensuring that the sales force receives a continual professional service
  • responsible for sales support and coordinates quote support activities between sales force and quote support team
  • assist the Sales Force with the preparation of quotations and contracts, the updating of sales plans and customer records and providing other support as required
  • collecting outstanding payment and minimize the CCT days acc. To budget.
  • responsible to store customer details, contracts and terms in Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • responsible for ensuring that she is receiving the relevant statistical information on all customers, utilising it fully and provide statistical information to the sales force
  • responsible to report to the sales Area Sales Manager and take or cause corrective action to be taken to ensure tasks are achieved and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • responsible to directly access or requests all statistical information relating to budget and performance of the customers in order to maximize productivity
  • responsible for ensuring that all customers receive the service required and to resolve problems that occur as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • responsible for ensuring that information is available on all customer for the Sales Management on a monthly basis
  • responsible for ensuring that all actions relating to customers are carried out in accordance with the company's standards and to customer satisfaction


Qualification:


· Good administration skills developed in an internal sales environment

· Highly developed customer responsiveness demonstrating the ability to set and maintain high standards of service

· Computer literacy is essential, which includes both internal mandatory systems and common soft ware used in a modern office.

· Good command of the English language, both oral and written, and fluent in at least one other language relevant to the activities of the Sales Teams

· Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities

· To a reasonable standard with experience rather than formal education being the key requirement

· An outgoing personality with good communication and people skills.

合同时间 :2012年12月-2013年5月 (6 months)
