Main responsibilities


The Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the sales force receives a continual professional service

The Sales Coordinator is responsible to directly access or requests all statistical information relating to budget and performance of the customers in order to maximize productivity
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive the service required and to resolve problems that occur as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Qualifications

· Good administration skills developed in an internal sales environment

· Highly developed customer responsiveness demonstrating the ability to set and maintain high standards of service

· Computer literacy is essential, which includes both internal mandatory systems and common soft ware used in a modern office.

· Good command of the English language, both oral and written, and fluent in at least one other language relevant to the activities of the Sales Teams

· Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities

· To a reasonable standard with experience rather than formal education being the key requirement

· An outgoing personality with good communication and people skills.
