Primary objectives/general function:

· Research and prepare detailed preventative maintenance schedules for Dematic and Third Party equipment
· Detail preventative maintenance service checklists and audit reports for use by CS team
· Develop CS preventative maintenance database including recommended service cycles
· Include current preventative maintenance practices into Dematic maintenance schedules
· Identify subsystem rebuild and refurbishment lifecycle
· Identify service spare parts requirements for recommended service schedules



Knowledge/experience

· At least 3 years service engineering experience in automated factory environment.
· Qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree, or Trade qualified with maintenance experience
· Experienced in maintenance practices
· Strong communication skills, including ability to liaise with all levels of staff, suppliers and customer.
· English communication capability oral and written.
· Computer literate, experience with computerised maintenance management systems (desirable).
· Awareness of safe work practices and regulations.



This position needs to work base on customer site.
