To drive and support the implementation of the talent management strategy and business plan. Together with line managers, competency building, succession plan, trainer and coach culture delivery, peformance management to improve people engagement of the organization.
1,To work with Line Manager, management team,consider best practice and benchmark in order to continuously improve talent management approach
2,To drive the development and implementation of talent plan, to ensure that the key talent priorities and succession plan at Operational Master Plan(OMP) identified and addressed
3,Develop Education & Training Pillar in order to embark in a zero loss culture TPM program through on the factory E&T Pillar master plan, promote and align training methodology and approach within employees, E&T pillar members and relevant functions
4, Coordinate factory training plan at all levels,map and deploy competences at factory and priorize training needs according to the factory losses, montior and track Progress & Development Guide(PDG) implementation
5,Support the Performance cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and its process development
6, Foster the self-development attitude and approach for all levels in the factory, provide LMS team with construction suggestion to ensure of Learning Management System
7, Benchmark with other factories within the market,use and multiply the Train the Trainer tool & internal trainer culture for talent development

Requireents:

Open, creative, change management mindset, team work and hard working
Bachelor's degree holder in related major
3-5 years relevant working experience in training and employee development, succession plan, competency building, suitable multifunctional team and influence the organizational strategy
Fluent in Written and Oral English
Familiar with Microsoft, like Word, Excel,PPT
Good facilitation,training the trainers' skills, familiar with people development methodology or tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Assessment and /or auditing skills
Planning and organization skills
Coaching skills, Excellent project management skills
