Design Assurance Manager

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or above

Responsibilities: (Included, but not limited)

？ Deployment and maintaining of TS16949 quality system certification
？ Deploys and maintains company’s quality system in compliance with TS16949 requirements.
？ Ensure product and process compliance to customer and TS16949 requirements.
？ Serve as driver and coordinator for internal quality system audits and corresponding corrective action and improvement activities.
？ Improving quality system processes to develop robust and reliable designs.
？ Participating in product development functions by fulfilling a core team role and implementing quality engineering tools and documentation that ensure quality objectives are achieved.
？ Coordinate design changes.
？ Design quality system setup by following global design quality processes and be overall project quality.
？ Project release and document control responsibility.
？ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
？ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
？ Five years experience in the automotive industry, with automotive electronics products’ design/manufacturing experience preferred.
？ Familiar w/ engineering / development processes of automotive industry
？ Experience managing complex and multiple programs, projects, customers, and sites, PMP certification is a plus.
？ Familiar w/ design quality system / processes of automotive industry, TS16949, SPICE…
？ Ability to influence and successfully lead in a fast-paced, matrix-reporting, multi-cultural environment.
？ Good cooperation and communication skill
？ Willing to travel domestically and internationally
？ Good English in both reading/writing and verbal communication
