职位描述
Duties & Resposibilities:
1. User desktops maintainance;
2. Computer repair, system installation,desktop application program installation and system upgrades;
3. Server management (including antivirus system control, server files backup, staff account management, voice server management);
4. Microsoft product integration and configuration (including Microsoft server operating systems, Microsoft Exchange)
Qualification & Requirement:
1.Education: College degree or above;
2.Working Experience: At least two years working experience (Excellent graduate is also accepted);
3.Professional Knowledge: Knowledge of Windows registry and group policies; Windows OS and Linux operating systems; Microsoft product integration and configuration, Microsoft server OS, Microsoft Exchange;
4.Skill & Competence: Strong technical skills of desktop/laptop repair, system installation and strong understanding of PC desktop, Microsoft application ( Work, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, desktop OS);
5.Language Proficiency: Good command of both written and spoken English , Mandarin;
6.Personality: Well organized, good team player, willing to learn & meet challenges, admit mistakes and take suggestions / comments;
7.Others: Calm & patient when under pressure, initiative.
