岗位职责：
1、 按照项目总体策划，快速熟练地完成各种设计要求，并根据自己对客户需求的理解，提出创意方案；
2、 参与实景舞台美术设计、道具设计选材制作及指导安装；
3、 参与舞台灯光效果设计、设计灯位图及指导安装；
4、 参与每轮演出结束之后的各项资料整理工作
5、 参与演出场地的监督，演出现场各环节的技术管理工作；、
6、 参与维护演出人员的秩序、舞台、场地设施安全与管理。


任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，3年以上舞台监督、现场管理经验；
2、热爱演出行业，熟悉舞台灯光音响等技术；
3、熟练操作3Dmax、Photoshop等3D 制作软件及后期处理软件；
4、对舞美的美术创意策划有很强的专业性；
5、熟悉舞台监督各项工作内容、职责和流程；
6、较强的沟通协调能、较强的责任心，良好的团队合作能力；
