Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist and support foreign Executives in all necessary tasks
2. Preparing all necessary accounting documents, and prepare expense & budget report
3. Managing foreign & Chinese employees' paper work
4. Accompany the Executives on business meetings
5. Translation of Chinese documents into English, and translation of English into Chinese
6. Assist in doing banking business
7. Handling and preparing contracts and invoices with suppliers and clients
8. Keeping the office with its paperwork organized
9. Communicate and coordinate with external parties and internal team

Job Requirements:
1. Over 3 years’ experience as assistant / administration person, experience in multi-national company / fashion industry preferred
2. Self-reliant and independent working is requested
3. Good team spirit and proactive
4. Good computer skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
5. Basic knowledge in accounting
6. Good at organization and time management skills
7. Excellent English and Chinese in written and spoken
