岗位职责：

1、 负责公司淘宝网店及淘宝商城的运营与管理工作；
2、 熟练运用网店的推广与优化手段，根据公司的内、外部资源，执行推广策略；
3、 通过网店平台，为公司形象起到积极宣传推动，带领团队完成业务的规划、实施与开拓；
4、 协助公司开拓网络营销资源和渠道；
5、 负责信息发布、网站流量统计分析、广告投放；
6、 定期维护客户关系，促进互动与销售；

职位要求：

1、大专以上学历，1年以上工作经验，熟悉电子商务，互联网推广知识及网络营销知识
2、了解淘宝等网络销售平台，对B2C或C2C操作流程熟悉，熟悉直通车、淘宝客、钻石展位推广；
3、对网站流量统计分析、跟踪广告投放，了解淘宝币、聚划算等活动流程；
4、善于网络营销推广管理与策划、信息编辑及发布、网上调研、网上商场销售促进方法的运用，能独立工作；
5、性格开朗、善于沟通、能承受一定的工作压力，具备良好的网络营销意识和人际沟通能力；

6、熟悉B2C运作模式和流程，及各大门户网站和各团购网站。
7、具有母婴市场或其它快消品市场运营经验为佳
