Key Responsibilities/Areas of Accountability:

• Prepare complete audit on the key customer’s Husky equipment and competitive situation.
• Understand Husky system and product capabilities and customer applications;
• Respond to request for information, and qualify requests to determine the level of Husky compatibility;
• Write and /or co-ordinate the writing if proposals/quotations for presentation to the customer;
• Arrange custom visits to the Husky facilities;
• Look for solutions to meet the levels of management of the customer to introduce and update on Husky products and services;
• Participate in customer service projects;
• Report on field problems to engineering, service, management, and other field sales personnel.
• Submit performance reports through system. Monthly sales report is required if the customer is not buying Husky equipment until the customer buys again.
• Prepare lost orders, and explanation for competitive purchases.
• Prepare and maintain customer objectives, forecasts, strategies, expenses, and activity reports.
• File accident reports, safety concerns, and safety problems.

Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent communication/presentation skills- verbal and written;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs;
• Injection Molding, Plastic or related Engineering background;
• Project a professional image;
• Good understanding of the plastic injection molding industry and applications;
• Team-oriented with ability to work well with little supervision;
• A strong relationship builder, and having the ability to effectively and professionally interact with the customer

Qualifications:

Education: Engineering degree/diploma.

Related Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience or project management in injection molding equipment;
