职位描述
- Submit customer visit plan and visit reports to supervisor on daily basis;
- Monitor impletion of sales budget/forecast and offer variance analysis, follow up defined action plans;
- Monitor RFQs and project pipelines to maximize realization of new projects; - Provide professional consultation to customers; - Keep close eye on market trends and collect potential customers’ information;
- Keep close communication with global teams on customer/technology/project information sharing and coordination;
- Make regular market and competition analysis and offer management with update information and proposals for improvements; - Participate professional exhibition/forum to promote company/products; Qualification Requirement: Bachelor of engineering or above At least 3-5 years’ sales/business development experiences in automotive industry
Familiar with selling products into automotive tier-1s or OEMs
Foam products experiences preferred Product/project management experiences preferred Goal/result oriented and can-do attitude Fluent English in writing and speaking Capability to market analysis, customer analysis, competitors analysis Strong communication/team sprit and negotiation skills Well versed in Microsoft Office
