2. 至少三年项目质量工程师经验
Min 3 years of process engineering
3. 证书： TS16949内审员（必备），VDA6.0 内审员（可选），注册中级质量工程师（可选），
Certificate: TS16949 QMS Internal Auditor（shall）, VDA6.0 Internal Auditor(optional),
Registed Quality Engineer(optional)

能力需求：
Ability requirements:
1. 熟练运用OFFICE软件
Proficient OFFICE software
2. 具有良好的英语表达能力，德语尤佳
Good skills in English (German is perfect)
3. 良好的沟通、表达及协调能力
Good communication, expression and coordination
4. 能看懂2D 和3D技术图
Can read 2D,3D technical drawing.
5. 精通TS16949质量体系要求, 五大手册及8D工具
Master of TS16949 QMS requirement ,5 manuals and 8D tools.
6. 熟悉国内主流主机厂质量要求及产品开发流程
Know well with the requirement and product development procedure of inland major OEM.

岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1. New product APQP planning;
负责新产品APQP质量策划；
2. Review the content of quality control of new product quality plan, test plan, control plan, FMEA, WI, etc.
负责审核新产品质量计划、试验大纲、控制计划、FMEA、作业指导书等文件中与质量控制有关的项目；
3. OTS, PPAP documentation review and release;
负责对OTS文件的审核、提交；
4. Tracking the status of documentation, gauge and test equipment on each development phase,
solving the open issue on time.
负责按APQP进度计划检查各阶段文件资料、专检量具和测试设备的完成情况，对未按计划完成应及时协调完成；
5. Write inspection WI, failure picture WI, etc.
负责编制各类检验工作文件；
6. Manage and control the serial product quality
负责对批量生产产品质量的管理和控制；
7. Implement product audit according with annual plan;
负责完成产品审核计划的实施；
8. Organize the quality issue solving in the process of incoming, production, customer complaint.
Hold quality analysis meeting, lead the corrective action making, implementation and effectiveness approving.
负责对生产过程和客户抱怨质量问题的处理和协调，组织召开质量分析会，制定纠正预防措施，并跟踪和验证措施的有效性；
9. Approving acceptance standard of rework/repair part
批准返工/返修产品的验收标准；
10. Handling all the inspection and testing job.
负责所有检验和试验工作的协调和处理；
11. Controlling and improving quality KPI.
负责质量改进和监控各类质量指标的完成情况；
12. Solving the quality issue on customer site if necessary.
必要时到供方或客户现场处理一定的质量问题；
13. Execute other task from line leader.
执行上级交办的其他任务。
