职位描述
A fast growing, American-owned company is looking to add new purchasing/logistics staff. You will help in gathering quotes, finding new suppliers, finding new freight forwarders, booking shipments and checking/preparing shipping documents.
The following is required:
-Good team player
-Good communicator via email and verbally
-Knows how and when to ask for help
-Accomplished English skills (in office communications are in English)
-Organized and must follow instructions without management constantly reminding them
-Able to follow the very easy to use company online system
-Highly motivated and enjoys solving problems
-Good at paying attention to detail
-Must go to port for inspections and loading
-Prepare shipping documents
-Book shipments
-Prepare customs documents
-Get competitive shipping prices
