客服部经理
工作职责:
1、担任指定专职服务经理,了解客户需求,维护客户关系,为客户提供系统应用方面的服务;
2、带领20人客服团队,结合客户服务标准,规划客户服务方案,并根据客户服务方案,推动客户服务相关工作;
3、通过定期主动巡查、需求沟通、诊断,了解客户现有问题,并有针对性的提供改良或再实施方案;
任职要求:
1、本科以上学历,金融投资相关专业优先;
2、具备2年以上担任客服经理的工作经验;
3、具备良好的沟通和人际关系处理的能力;
4、具备金融方面相关知识的优先;
5、具备服务营销背景的优先;
6、熟练而流利的英文读写

Responsibilities:A client services Supervisor assists the Director in overseeing the activities of the customer service department Assures the smooth operation of the department when responding to internal and external requests. These requests may come from information technology staff, operations personnel, call center employees and corporate customerMonitor incoming trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chat.Facilitate a fast-paced and dynamic environment by assisting representatives and delivering solutions-focused results Other Duties: Desire to learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, available programs/services, etc. Excellent consultative, rapport-building, listening and communication skills. Demonstrate a positive and professional image at all timesAccountability/Supervision:
Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements for all currency pairs, CFD’s , metals and commodities. The ability to calculate the liquidation values of the products we offer.Good communication skills and the ability to solve complex client issues.A service-oriented disposition and the capacity to manage time and personnel Required:BA/BS Degree, Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, both written and verbal, extremely detail oriented, with strong organization and time management skillsDesired: Forex background a plus.
