Manager
Manager mainly takes charge of project implementation and management.
Location: Shanghai /Beijing
Responsibilities:
? Plan and direct the work of team members
?Strong ability in following aspects:
- Project and Staff management
- Business development (structure with the team or identify the project proposal)
- Expertise in specific area
- To build partnership with high-level of clients
- High-quality project delivery through preparation and adjustment
Quality Delivery:
Basic requirements:
?5+ year above advanced professional experience in management consulting, constant or consulting-related positions in Four accounting firms
?Experience in project proposal, including that lead clients to accept our business solution
? Project Development and team management, and delivery experience to promote business requirements, identify the differences and omission, design solution
?At least one following industry-related working experience: chemistry/petrochemical, insurance/financial service, telecommunications, pharmaceutical & life Science
?One or more following service line related working experience: complex project management, enterprise project management - EPM, or change management
?Good communication skills both in mandarin and English (spoken written and business)
?Full-time graduates with bachelor degree or above from well-known universities, MBA/EMBA is preferred
Additional skills:
?Business analysis or project management experience , at least 5 years’ experience in management or 5 years above experience in global consulting firms
?Master degree (or above) or professional certification
?Successful consulting experience, including contacting senior supervisor client with following:
- Strategy Plan and Implementation
- Corporate merger and acquisition
- E-commerce/Web development
- Business Intelligence
- Financial supervise support
- IT strategy management
- Supply chain/order management
- Operation management
- HR management
?Ability to build mutual trust with clients soon and develop the common view to achieve goals
?Good communication skills with circle experts and senior executives
?Ability to find out creative solution through innovative thinking to handle complex technologies and business problem
Education
The successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree and/or professional certifications are advantageous.

- Develop professional network for diverse communication and other community activities through contacting insiders widely
Quality Delivery:
