Packo is a fast growing European company, with complex, high-end systems for milk cooling, milk pasteurization and calf feeding. Packo is bringing technologies to the market which are new in China. Packo has Service centers in several locations in China. To manage the service and installation team we are currently looking for Service Manager.

JD职位描述:

Manage a Service Team with currently 4 service technicians in different locations. Select and hire additional people according to the business development.

管理目前分布在国内的4个技术服务工程师，根据公司的业务不断增长和壮大，对适合的服务中心的候选人做出甄选和雇佣的决定。

Implement new technologies in the market.

推广和实施公司的各项新技术和新服务。

1. Communication, preparation of system installation with Farm and inside company

和牧场及公司内部沟通智能系统安装事宜

2. Guide the service engineer for the installation and trial run

指导服务工程师进行安装及试运行

3. Get full approval for the project

负责项目的验收

4. Training of the operators in farm

给牧场的操作人员进行培训

5. Create and manage installation documentation and operation manual

制定及管理安装说明书及设备操作说明书
6. Manage the after-sale quality issue

管理及解决售后服务质量投诉

7. Feedback to Sales team about market information and further project

及时向销售团队反馈市场信息及后续项目跟踪

8. You will report to the General Manager.

Requirements 要求
1. At least 5 years of machinery installation and service experience

最少5年机械设备安装及服务经验

2.Experience in managing a team

具有团队管理的经验

3. Master or Bachelor degree in cooling/ electric / machinery or similar

本科或以上，制冷、电气或机械类及相关专业
4. Capacity for teamwork

良好团队合作能力
5. High commitment, flexibility, readiness to travel

敬业，能经常出差

6. Experience with software for technical documentation

有使用技术类文件制图软件的经验

7. Fluent oral & written English

良好的英语听说读写能力

8. PLC knowledge is an advantage

能熟悉PLC的运用
