Job Description:

n Represent investors, developers, manufacturers, Chinese government and international clients to buy, sell or lease offices, factories, warehouses, business parks and land.

n Creative and efficient solutions to source, negotiate terms and market properties

n Build and maintain relationships with landlords and Chinese government to facilitate effective negotiations and generate listings

n Prepare tenancy, sales and investment agreements, and conduct site inspections China wide – predominantly the YRD

n Provide the highest level of service to major multinational corporations
