Job Responsibilities:
1. Accounting software experience is required
2. Hands on accounting entries to SAP System
3. Familiar with cross-border transactions and cash remittance issues
4. Preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis for Shanghai WFOE and branches
5. Preparation of monthly and annual tax filing
6. Support of statutory and foreign exchange control audit
7. Handle incoming receipts and outgoing payments
8. Handle renewal of company business license
9. Handle AR billing and collection
10. Handle payroll calculation
11. Other ad hoc project assigned by HK Finance Manager and management
Job Requirements:

12. Fast and Accurate Data input
13. Good English speaking and writing capabilities
14. At least 8 years accounting and supervisory experience
15. Proficient in Excel
16. Strong analytical mind and own accountability to meet deadline
17. Positive thinking and have can do mind set
18. University graduate
19. At least accounting qualification in middle level (中級會計)
20. Multinational company working experience an advantage
21. Immediately available is highly preferred
