Sales Director

Description:

1) Participate in formulation of company's sales development strategy and company annual sales plan
2) Develop potential customers, understand customers' needs and recommend translation and localization services to them
3) Actively expand company's sales channels to expand company's influence,build and manage client relationships
4) Manage the whole sales team and train,dived,guide,supervise them
5) Make a flexible reward and incentive system，evaluate performance of staffs and complete Sales Targets
6) Good skills in business negotiation and problem solving for the customers to win it
7) Coordinate internal and external resources to implement projects smoothly

Qualification：

1) College and above education degree, Internet of relevant industry experience is preferred
2) Strong ability in public relations，good at expanding and manageing the key customer relations
3) Good ability of analysis with insight of market
4) 3 years sales experience above, rich sales experience and good team management skills
5) At lease English CET6 and good English speaking, reading and writing
