职位描述
主要职责和责任
1. 市场信息
a) 深入收集关键半岛体市场客户的技术和他们的技术路线图
b) 识别在关键半岛体市场客户,关键热处理设备的潜在可能应用
c) 预测未来2-3年内热处理及薄膜设备的中国市场
d) 就设备资质、工艺核实和设备采购,了解客户的决策过程和决策者
2. 市场渗透
a) 跟总部一起设计并执行市场渗透战略
b) 了解跟关键设备和加工有关的客户需求
c) 结合客户的技术和执行理念,向客户介绍产品及其应用,并提供技术服务支持
3. 客户关系
a) 客户的主要联系窗口
b) 为设备采购建立有效的客户关系到研发部和执行层面
c) 定期组织与客户的会议(有关客户技术路线图会议)
4. 技术支持
a) 与总部研发部门联络,就客户设备展示和工艺示范样品的目标及标准。申请足够的资源完成需求
b) 负责现场评估,包括技术支持,投入的员工,时间表预算等
5. 其他销售支持
a) 2016到2017年关键热处理设备及薄膜设备的销售预报
b) 支持商务谈判
c) 支持其他亚太区的销售活动
任职资格
1. 化学/物理相关专业研究生学历
2. 在半导体制造设备销售、市场或技术10年以上工作经验
3. 具有流利的英文口头、书面沟通能力
技能&能力
1. 很强的陈述、沟通和人际交往能力
2. 已证实的讨论问题、与客户协商达成一致的能力
3. 已证实的与客户在不同区域通过多部门协调的能力
4. 证明在半导体市场有引进新产品或技术的成功经验
经验
1. 在半导体销售、市场或技术10年以上的工作经验
2. 深度了解中国半导体制造生产市场,以及与半导体客户在决策层面上的人脉关系

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Market information
a) Collect key customers technologies and their roadmap in depth insight in the semiconductor market
b) Identify the potential possible applications of key thermal process equipment at the key customers in the semiconductor market
c) Estimate of the China market of the key thermal process equipment and membrane equipment within 2 to 3 years
d) Understand customers’ decision making process and key decision makers in terms of equipment qualification, process verification and equipment procurement.
2. Market penetration
a) Design and implement market penetration strategy with HQ together.
b) Understand the customer needs related with company’s key equipment and processes
c) Present company’s key products and their applications associated with customer technologies and concepts of implementation and required technical service support to customers.
3. Customer relationship
a) Main contact windows of the customers
b) Establish effective customer relationship to the R&D department, executive level for the equipment procurement.
c) Organise regular meetings (roadmap meeting) with customers.
4. Technical support
a) Liaison with HQ R&D for customer equipment & process Demo and the targets and criteria of demo and samplings. Request adequate resource to fulfil the demand.
b) Responsible for onsite evaluations including technical supports, dedicated staff, timeline budget etc.
5. Other sales support
a) Sales forecast of 2016 to 2017 for the key thermal process equipment and membrane equipment.
b) Support the commercial negotiations.
c) Support other APAC countries sales activity.
Qualifications:
1. Master degree in Chemistry/ Physics related field.
2. 10+ year working experience in semiconductor sales, marketing or technology
3. Fluent oral & writing English communication capability
Skills/Abilities:
1. Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Demonstrated ability to discuss problems and negotiate mutual agreements with customers.
3. Demonstrated ability to coordinate customers’ issues through varies departments in different regions.
4. Proven success in introduction of products or technologies into the semiconductor market.
Experience:
1. 10+ year working experience in semiconductor sales, marketing or technology
2. In depth insight of China Semiconductor manufacturing & production market and network relationship with the semiconductor customers on the decision making level.
Due to 51job system settings, the rough salary package is published for post information release. The exact pay package could be negotiated or consulted via telephone.
