Accountabilities:

In compliance with SOP to ensure the quality service delivery to meet customer’s requirements;

Well coordinating between customers’ service requests and Carriers’ standard service guideline;

Well coordinating daily Operations process, i.e. Trucking Fleet arrangement, Export Declaration process, Warehouse stuffing process, etc;

Well filing all concerning documents: Shipping Order, Booking Acknowledgement, Invoices, B/L, Export documents, etc;

Well doing daily performance list for management review.

Requirements:

College/Bachelor, preferably in shipping/transportation related field; Related working experience would be preferred.

CET-4 or above, good command of both oral and written English;

Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;

Mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem solving skills;

Good interpersonal skills and team-work spirit.
