Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the EVP from overseas, this position primarily provides wide range of day-to-day administrative and secretarial support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Arrange apartment, hotel accommodation, insurance and work permit documents;
2. Make necessary arrangements for business conferences, trips and events, video conference and con-calls;
3.Taking Minutes of meetings and assisting in translation when necessary;
4. Handle financial application and reimbursement;
5. Work as a contact between different BUs and help coordinate various relationships;
6. Provide necessary admin support to the company;
7. Organize office activities/special functions and events as required and help build up good communication environment and work atmosphere;
8. Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
1.College Degree or above in English, Secretary or relevant fields
2.At least 5+ experience in both secretarial support and office administration for the head of/Director level.
3.Good command in both spoken & written English
4.Has an outgoing and proactive nature
5.Strong IT skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
6. Can work independently and under pressure
7. Good command in both spoken & written English
