What are my responsibilities?
- Management of all documentation of projects in IC MOL IL SF Hangzhou.
- Help build up a good documentation management for a project
- Admin support for project team.
- Efficient management of all documents
- Implementation of efficient documentation system
- Timely transfer of relevant documents to the relevant people
- Keep a record book to ensure traceability of each document
- Assist Project Manager for preparation of development plans and presentations
- Support for project administrative work
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Documentation management experience required.
- Excellent English (in written as well as in spoken.
- Advanced office SW skills
- Bachelor degree
- Open-minded, out-going, initiative and considerable
