Responsibilities职责:

1. Set up and update internal staff information database 维护员工数据库记录

2. New staff joining follow and new hire orientation 新员工入职的跟踪反馈及新员工入职培训

3. Arrange interview and double check the various certificates 安排组织应聘人员的面试工作；应聘人员材料管理及应聘人员材料、证件的鉴别

4. Responsible for Monthly HR report 每月人事报表的填写并及时校对

5. Responsible for attendance management; Payroll calculation and monthly salary payment 每月考勤汇总、统计；每月工资计算及工资支付，工资单发放

6. Responsible for employee in-and-out issue 负责员工的入职、离职事宜(招、退工手续办理)

7. Responsible for labor contract management, employee relationship management and internal record management 员工合同的建立管理归档，员工关系管理和员工内部档案管理

8. Organize labor contract sign issue and probation period evaluation follow up 负责员工劳动合同的签订及试用期的考评跟踪工作

9. Responsible for benefit management (including but not limited: social insurance, house fund, supplementary medical insurance) 负责福利管理(包括但不仅限于四金，补充医疗等)

10. HR policy communication and disputes coordination 公司各类人事政策的解释及纠纷的协调工作

11. Coordinate and Organize HR related WCM tasks 与WCM 相关的HR协调组织工作

12. Other Tasks assigned by direct superior 上级指派的其他工作

Requirements要求:

1. Major in Human Resource management, Business Administration, and more than 3 years experience in Multi-national manufacturing company or Joint Venture Company

人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业本科及以上专业，3 年以上大型制造业跨国公司或合资企业人力资源经验

2. HR certification or other certification related with HR management will be preferred

持人事上岗证或人力资源管理师证书为佳

3. Good team work and focus on detail and people oriented

优秀的团队协作能力,细致认真及亲和力强

4. Excellent English skill especially oral

英文良好，特别是口语

5. Excellent Office skill, especially in PPT and Excel

熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其擅长PPT及EXCEL

6. Good at coordinating and solving relations between the employer and the employee
