Purpose of position 职位目的:
Follow the project procedure, control the capital expenditure and start up expense of each new project. Aware the aim of project launch can be reached (economic result, marketing share or tech. position…)
依照项目流程控制资本性支出和开始每个新项目的费用支出。关注启动项目的目标能够达到（经济结果，市场份额或技术地位）。

Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
1.Follow the project procedure including localization process as the member of project team
作为项目团队中的成员，包含国产化过程，遵循项目流程。
2.Prepare Economic Analysis for sales offer base on the Cost BOM signed by all the responsible depts.
根据由所有负责部门签字的成本BOM，为销售报价准备经济性分析。
3.Allocate approved offer into detail information to responsible dept head and project manager/ leader after got nomination letter from S&M.
在收到销售与市场部门的项目意向书后，分配批准报价的细节信息给负责部门的领导和项目经理/负责人。
4.Participate in commercial Contract Review procedure to be sure all the economic items are consisted with approved quotation.
参与商务合同评审，确认所有的经济指标与批准的报价一致。
5.Prepare Initiative based on project leader’s milestone (before 1st PO released must be approved), push initiative approved and follow up the result till project SOP
根据项目负责人的里程碑准备项目投资申请（在第一份订单发出前必须被批准），推进项目投资申请的审批并跟踪结果直至项目开始量产。
6.Pass approved quotation or initiative to Finance Analyst Supervisor for budget and 5 years plan build up.
将批准的报价或项目投资申请转发财务分析主管用于预算和5年计划编制。
7.Check all the PR/MPA spending against the initiative and budget
比对项目投资申请和预算检查所有的采购申请/MPA开销。
8.Record detail capital expenditure received, user, department, depreciation starting, maintenance and disposal etc information based on GL booking information. Stick on new expenditure of capital with serials No. Responsible for the regular count of all capital expenditures.
根据总账信息，记录收货固定资产的详细信息、使用者、部门、折旧开始、维护和处置等信息。为新的固定资产粘贴固定资产编号，负责定期清点所有固定资产。
9.Complete the investment report each of month matching with GL record, sending to HQs after approved by CFO
完成每月的投资报告，与总账记录匹配，在财务总监批准后发送至总部。
10.Record capital expenditure received, used, depreciation, maintenance, disposal and impairment. Book into related accounts in ERP system
记录收到的、使用的、折旧、维修、处置和损伤的固定资产。在ERP系统中的相关的账户记账。
11.Other works given by CFO。
其他财务总监布置的工作

Job Requirements 工作要求:
1.University degree major in Engineering or Business Management;
大学学位，主修工程学或公司管理
2.Minimum 2 years relevant working experience as process engineer or costing engineer in Manufacturing Company;
在制造业公司做工艺工程师或成本工程师最少两年的相关工作经验。
3.Understanding financial reporting, finance management, knowing Tax laws and regulations;
理解财务报告，财务管理，了解税法和法规。
4.Familiar with MS-Office packages;
熟练使用微软-办公软件包。
5.A member of teamwork and excellent apprehensibility with logic sense
团队合作者，有卓越的领悟力和逻辑思维。
6.Good command of English both in spoken and written;
熟练掌握英语口语与书写。
7.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
有好的沟通技能和人际交往技能。

Training 培训:
1.Well know Products, related machine and equipment
很了解产品、相关的机器和设备。
2.Well understand Offer approval procedure and Initiative procedure
很理解报价审批流程和项目投资申请流程。
3.Well understand initiative format, LIM approval process and application
很理解项目投资申请格式，投资申请系统的审批流程和应用。
4.Communication & other relevant trainings based on the job requirements
根据工作要求的交流和其他的培训。
