BUSINESS : Promotional gifts and packaging for Beauty, Luxury, Cosmetics industry
(Our existing clients are all luxury brands including BURBERRY, CHANEL, L’Oreal, Clarins, Dior, Cartier, BVLGARI, LVMH, etc.)
HIERARCHY : Reports to Business Developer Director
Location: Shanghai
Mission : Assist Business Development Director in Asia and mainly Mainland China

Responsabilities :
o Assist on day to day Office & Administration tasks
o Organize the office, in charge of the Showroom and Samples Management
o Help on orders follow-up and Logistics Shipping Marks
o Able to attend to a client brief
o Develop current suppliers and new suppliers selection and technical advices
o Report regularly to Management

Main activities :
During a sales project development:

o Assist in following-up client brief, communicate with the Business Development Director
o Receive & Analyse samples
o Prepare the samples to be sent out by Express to client

Order sales follow-up :

o Ensure good follow-up with the merchandiser based in HK
o Make sure all new information is well provided to technical staff and production schedule well followed
o Help on shipping marks with logistics Department
o Help on administration tasks and creating sales order in COSFIBEL system.

Requirements :
o Diploma or above standard
o Self-motivated, presentable & good communication skill
o Good spoken of English
o At least 3 years working experience
o Willing to learn and good presentation
o Creative, initiative and able to work under pressure and work without supervision
o Experience in bags or luxury cosmetic brands is preferable
o Immediate available will be an advantage
