职位描述:
岗位职责：
1、贯彻执行公司的质量管理方针；
2、负责分店日常工作管理事物和协调工作；
3、负责分店人员培训和考核；
4、处理客人投诉和投诉向上级转介；
5、负责分店商品管理、仪器保养、产品质量控制工作；
6、负责门店环境卫生、安全、防火的工作管理程序；
7、激励下属员工，完成公司下达的工作任务；
8、执行上司指派的本职相关的其它工作。
职责要求：
1、管理知识技能、销售技能、服务技能、沟通技巧和团队协调能力；
2、大专以上或相当学历；
3、从事眼镜行业或相关零售行业店长工作5年以上经验；
4、形象良好，诚实开朗，有高度的工作责任心；
5、能够适应零售行业工作环境及工作时间要求；
6、本地人优先考虑。
