Key tasks:
1. Generating Language learning marketing campaign plan and timelines
2. Coordinating with sales team and regional marketing team and managing language learning relevant events
3. Managing vendors, including engaging, selecting and working with vendors including PR agencies, design and production houses
4. Managing China social media promotion
5. Drafting and producing marketing collateral
6. Generating and circulating marketing communications to customers
7. Collecting leads and reporting marketing event outcomes
8. Ensuring Macmillan branding consistency by guidance from corporate

Key relationships:
1. Dotted reporting line into Regional Marketing and Operations Director, Asia
2. Internally with China team and regional marketing team
3. Externally with varieties of clients and marketing relevant vendors

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in English, International Studies, Marketing or other related majors

Skills/knowledge:
1. Proficient in written English; good spoken English a plus
2. Passion and expertise in writing
3. Capable of and comfortable with multitasking; able to work under pressure
4. Organization, planning and prioritizing
5. Strong sense of teamwork
6. Computer Savvy; basic mastery of graphic design software
7. Passion in social media is preferred

Experience:
1. 2-year proven experience in marketing or events management at least
2. Experience in drafting and editing reports, press releases and related documents
3. Knowledge of/experience in the education industry preferred
