Responsibilities:

The Systems Support Developer role is to support and develop the eBiz platform and associated infrastructure for Braiform. Duties include routine maintenance and processes, capacity planning, system backups, upgrades, documentation, daily administration and problem resolution.

The role should ensure that all systems have a potential availability of a 100% uptime and work in partnership with hardware, software and technical support services (3rd party vendors) where applicable to maximise service delivery and value to the business.


Requirements:

Essential:
Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Information Technology or related
Good written and spoken English
1 – 2 year work experienced in IT
Excellent working knowledge of C#, ASPX and .NET technology
Good working knowledge of JQuery and XML
Good working knowledge of Visual Studio
Advanced Microsoft Office Professional user

Advantageous:
SQL and SQL reporting services
IIS
IT Service Desk and End User Support – including remote workers and multiple offices
Windows Server 2008/2012 configuration and administration
Working knowledge LAN/WAN technologies
