TITLE: Process & Methods Engineer REPORTS TO: Engineering Manager

基本职责

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- 对发动机所有的能够完成的程序包括文件和工具提供技术支持

Provide technical support to ensure all engine processes can be accomplished including documentation and tooling.

Ensure that all statutory and Company’s regulations and standards relating to the maintenance, alteration and inspection of

engines and components are complied with and adhered to, and that any such work undertaken by the JV meet the standards required

by the OEM, Regulatory and Customer.

Implement policies and procedures in relation to the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all products through the

facilities.

Ensure mandatory modification, programs and alert service bulletins are incorporated or complied with as required by the customer

and the applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsible for the overall process of disassembly/assembly and repairs. Provide technical work instructions to the business

unit, including assembly/disassembly and repair.

ESSENTIAL TASKS/DUTIES

Maintain the engine work instructions as required for engine processing. Ensure that Work Instructions are kept current to OEM

latest release.

- 为所有的车间程序提供工具支持

Provide tooling support for all shop processes.

- 支持不可用材料审查讨论会。研发限于硬件维修使用的新的修理和检查的技术。

Support unserviceable material review clinics. Develop new repairs and inspection limits to make hardware serviceable. Write IEN

’s/TWP’s as necessary to support this activity.

- 与OEM，East Hartford工程技术支持合作以确保发动机中心正在利用最新的技术数据。

Coordinate with OEM, East Hartford Engineering and Technical Support to insure that Engine Center is utilizing the most current

technical information.

- 在工厂调查期间PPE帮助进行发动机模块审核, 观察新的或典型的事故模式。向客户提供车间视察报告的技术输入。

Assist PPE’s in engine module reviews during shop visit, looking for new or typical distress modes. Provide technical input for

shop visit reports to the customer.

- 通过精简组织，简化工作,工具/ 设备设计/修改来改进流程。

Provide support and develop process improvement through innovative setup reduction, work simplification, tools/equipment

design/modifications.

- 积极支持提高质量和生产力以及降低维护成本的举措。支持车间负责人实现企业目标

Actively support the quality and productivity improvement and maintenance cost reduction initiatives. Support Cell Leader to meet

business objectives

SKILLS REQUIRED

- 懂得CFM发动机硬件

Understand CFM engine hardware

- 懂得航空发动机硬件，装配和测试

Understand aerospace engine hardware, assembly and testing

- 能够和客户合作并懂得客户需要

Able to work with customer and understand customer requirements

- 能够提供有关功能的技术指导

Able to provide technical direction to the relevant functions

- 能够支持质量和营运部门的技术需要

Able to support the quality and operation department on their technical needs

经验要求

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 工程技术方面的学士学位。

Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

- 至少要有4年的航空发动机硬件经验和/或测试经验, 以及CFM经验。

Minimum 4 Years experience on aerospace engine hardware and / or test experience, with CFM experience, or equivalent experience.

- 首选有PWT或MEC的CAAC的许可证且熟悉发动机性能和测试数据的分析人员。

CAAC license on PWT or MEC and experience with engine performance and test data analysis are preferred.

- 面向客户支持和/或售后市场运作。

Exposure to Customer Support and/or Aftermarket Operations.

- 流利的中英双语口头和书面交流能力。

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

学历要求

EDUCATION REQUIRED

- 在工程，航空等专业学士学位。

Bachelor Degree in Engineering , Aeronautics or similar degree.

证书要求

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司(Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd. )

　　上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

　　合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。
