Job Responsibilities:

工作职责:
- Build channel understanding from customer perspective, profit/cost drivers, channel issues trends

- 从市场和客户的角度建立相应渠道表现,费比控制预算,以及掌握行业发展趋势.
- Define the optimal product baskets and create solution packages for specific channel.

- 找出最佳的方式,使产品在各个渠道的更加匹配.
- Assist Channel Leader to understand Channel Issues & Opportunities

- 协助领导正确的了解渠道的发展趋势和机会点.
- Assist Channel Leader to prepare Channel Plan to drive business grow in relevant channel

- 协助领导,制定相应的渠道促销方案时业绩尽快提升.
- Execute Channel Activation base on Channel Plan and result tracking

- 基于渠道计划和总结,实施相应的渠道生动化.
- Monthly channel sales report update

- 提供月报表

Job Requirements:

工作需求:
- Marketing experience with at least 3 years hands on experience in marketing

- 三年以上市场部经验( 有外资经验者尤佳)
- Food industry marketing experience will be added advantage

- 具有食品行业经验者
- Passion for food, passion for growth

- 对食品行业和个人成长具有丰富激情的.
- Logical thinking, Problem solving and analysis, Self-motivation

- 很好的逻辑思维能力, 解决和分析问题能力和自我激励能力.
- Good English communication skill

- 具有一定的英语能力
