We are looking for a Person Responsible for Administration and Accounting

Responsible for Next Activities:
· Attention to External Audit Firm for the Financial Statement Opinion
· ·注意外部审计公司财务报表并给予意见
· Require compensation and tax refund, including recovery or refund of export tax rebates
· ·要求赔偿和退税，包括出口退税的恢复或退款
· Care and Answer fines, fees or requirements require for the different Government Institutions
· ·注意罚金跟费用和政府部门其他需求问题
· Safeguard permanent file of legal documents of the Employer such as: fines, requirements, answers, records, powers of attorney, registrations in the Government Institutions
· ·维护永久文件的法律文件，如：罚款，要求，解答，记录，授权书，在政府机构登记的雇主
· Relationship with Banks
· 与银行建立良好联系
· Do Accounting records
· 完成会计记录
· Prepare all documents to Deliver to Accountancy Outsourcing
· 准备给所有财务外包机构的资料
· Experience in Import or Export Companies (Required for Tax Return Matters)
· 需要有涉税（出口退税）方面进出口公司经验
· Management Electronic Banking
· 控制网银管理
· Records File for Each Customer and Supplier

· Must speak English (direct boss is foreigner) 必须会说英文（直系上司为外国人）
