Job Responsibility

) Handle customer accounts independently & process order, shipping documents in a timely manner
2) Assist the co-ordination and collaboration of activities with various departments, such as sales, design and production depts.
3) Monitor order, production plan, capacity and process, and ensure on time production & delivery by cooperated with production & shipping dept.
4) Provide practicable & constructive ideas to sales in case of any particular projects, problems or orders.
5) Responsible for business processes from sampling through shipment samples.
6) Perform any other duties as assigned by Sales & reported to team head.


Job Requirement
1) University degree holder with at least 2-3 year working experience in gift or related industry.
2) Fluent in spoken and written English, Good time management
3) Computer literacy in MS Office
4) Highly organized and a good team player
5) Good negotiator and able to work under high pressure
