职位内容：

投资助理/经理是礼来亚洲基金团队重要组成成员。他/她将全方位协助投资总监完成各项投资。日常的工作内容包括：

- 寻找潜在投资机会

- 筛选潜在被投资对象

- 尽职调查及金融分析

- 投资后于被投资企业的合作

要求：

- 教育背景：必须具有生命科学或医学相关本科以上学历；有MBA或相关行业经验者优先

- 普通话，英语流利 （读、说）

- 强烈的商业头脑，以及出色的分析和组织技巧

- 良好的药物开发或开发流程相关知识

- 良好的人际交往及沟通技巧

- 正直，有职业道德

Background:
Lilly Asia Ventures makes venture capital investments in the life sciences and healthcare sectors in Asia, particularly China. We are affiliated with Eli Lilly and Company, a fortune 500 company and one of the most globalized and innovative pharmaceutical companies in the world. Such affiliation allows us to provide proprietary capital, industry expertise, and global resources to our portfolio companies to accelerate their growth.
Position Responsibilities:
The Investment Associate/Manager will be a key part of the Lilly Asia Ventures team. In this role, he or she will assist the Investment Director in all aspects of our potential investments over time. Daily activities may include:
- Deal sourcing
- Screening investment opportunities
- Performing venture due diligence and financial analysis
- Working with portfolio companies post-investment.
Requirements:
- Education: Advanced life science or medical degree (MS, PhD or MD) is required; MBA or relevant business experience is preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both speaking and reading)
- Strong business orientation with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical discovery and development process
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and integrity
