Part-time : 20 hours/week

Report to : HR manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Provide all-round HR support including manpower planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, performance management, HR administration and implementation of any Corporate HR initiatives;
2.Develop, review, update HR& Admin Policies and Procedures actively and seek feedback from business areas to identify opportunities for process improvement;
3.Monitor headcount budget and responsible for annual budget forecasting and communication;
4.Conduct training needs analysis and organize training programs;
5.Monitor and implement performance management related activities;
6.Organize staff relations activities and handle staff issues if any;
7.Prepare HR related reports, statistics and analysis;
8.Maintain employee records in personal file and in HR system are up-to-date;
9.Be responsible for HR special project;
10.To take up other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager;


REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in Human Resource or related;
2.Minimum 5 years HR work experience, MNC HR Experience is preferred;
3.In-depth HR knowledge across functions, Training and Development experience is preferred;
4.Good Command of English;
5.Solid Team player;
6.Good communications skills, problem solving skills;

7.Good interpersonal and organization skills, self-driven;
