岗位职责
1. 根据医院发展规划与战略，全面负责医院的医务、科研和教学等相关工作；
2. 负责拟定科教、病案、医务、质控、院感及辐射防护等工作管理制度及计划并组织实施；
3. 负责拟定并落实医院继续教育、普通专科医师培训相关管理计划和组织实施；
4. 负责医院重点学科建设，开展相关科研成果、论文、著作的登记、备案、管理工作；
5. 负责科研开题论证、申报立项、成果鉴定、申报、推广应用等工作；
6. 负责医院病案管理相关工作；
7. 负责处理医院相关医患纠纷；
8. 对医院的医务、科研相关工作进行督促、检查、考核；
9. 做好科研与其他部门的协调工作。
任职资格：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，医学相关专业，硕士优先；
2. 具备专业职业资格证，副高以上职称优先；
3. 8年以上相关工作经验，3年以上管理经验，国内三甲医院或外资医院工作经验者优先；
4. 良好的英文听说读写能力；
5. 具备良好的医学、管理学及相关法律知识与技能；
6. 具备良好沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作细致认真，责任心强，勇于承担挑战性的工作，具备良好的应急、领导与决策能力；
7. 熟练使用office及相关办公自动化设备。

上海市质子重离子医院是一所集医疗、科研、教学于一身，以国际尖端放射治疗——质子重离子放射治疗技术为主要治疗手段的现代化、国际化肿瘤中心，也是国内第一家配备质子重离子放射治疗设备的医疗机构。医院地处上海市浦东新区国际医学园区内，总占地150亩，共设床位220张。
医院引进由德国西门子公司制造的质子重离子系统设备，拥有1间45度束流和3间水平束治疗室，采用笔形扫描技术进行肿瘤治疗。除质子重离子系统设备外，医院还配备了国际一流的直线加速器系统、PET/CT、MRI（磁共振）、CT及SPECT/CT等大型高精尖设备。医院在提供尖端质子重离子治疗技术的同时，结合各类先进诊断技术及其他放化疗治疗手段，具备各类肿瘤筛查和综合诊治的能力。医院依托复旦大学附属肿瘤医院在肿瘤诊治领域的丰富经验和优质资源，尤其注重专业人才梯队的培养和建设，引进了多名外籍资深物理师、教授及放射治疗主任医师，形成专业的医疗团队。
作为目前国内唯一一家具备质子重离子放疗设备的医疗机构，医院除了向患者提供优质、高效、便捷的医疗服务外，还将为肿瘤放射治疗领域的发展和研究提供一个崭新而领先的平台。
Shanghai Proton and Heavy Ion Center (SPHIC) with its in-patient facility of 220 beds, is located at Shanghai International Medical Zone, Pudong, Shanghai.
SPHIC is facilitated with Siemens particle therapy system, having a 45-degree beam and three horizontal beam treatment rooms, and using pencil beam scanning technology. In addition to the proton and heavy ion system, the center is also equipped with the state-of-the-art linear accelerator (True Beam), PET/CT, MRI, CT and SPECT/CT. SPHIC also has the capability to provide chemotherapy as well as various types of cancer screening and diagnosis service.
With the support from Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center especially its multidisciplinary approaches and its resources for basic research, SPHIC endeavors to build and train its own professional talent teams. SPHIC has already recruited numerous of the world’s leading physicists, radiation oncologists, and hospital administrators to form a cutting-edge medical team.
