职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责压力容器产品生产工艺流程、工艺标准的制定和实施，分析、解决现场工艺问题；
2、 编排板材下料的排版图，编写压力容器产品加工的零件及装配工艺，编制作业指导书；
3、 负责二维图纸的加工工艺和装配工艺；
4、 负责焊接工艺评定和焊接工艺指导书控制，对焊工进行相关的上岗培训和技术业务培训，配合公司相关的资质维护工作。
5、 熟悉材料及焊接规定和技术标准，负责焊接的质量控制，对生产过程中的焊接工艺标准、技术要点与生产部门以及第三方单位进行技术沟通；
任职要求：
1、 机械、化工、焊接及相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、 从事工艺工作3年及以上，熟悉压力容器制造业生产工艺流程者优先；
3、 熟悉焊接标准和焊接工艺，熟悉制造有关的规程；
4、 能熟练使用AutoCAD、Office等软件；
5、 英语CET-4以上，具有较强的英文口语及书面表达能力；
6、 有较强的责任心，良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力、谦虚踏实。
Job Function: Process Engineer (3)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the pressure vessel manufacturing process, development and implementation of standards, analysis and solution to process problem on site;
2. Arrangement of plate cutting, preparation of process procedure and work instruction;
3. Responsible for proper mechanical and assembly process of 2D drawings;
4. Responsible for the control of WPQ & PQR, arrangement of technical training to workers and qualification maintenance;
5. Familiar with welding materials and regulations, responsible for welding quality, technical communication between technical and production department.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree, major in mechanical engineering, chemical machinery, welding etc.;
2. At least 3 years process engineer experiences specialized in pressure vessel manufacturing process;
3. Familiar with welding standards, welding procedure and regulations related to manufacturing;
4. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Office and other PC software packages;
5. Have a good command of both spoken and written English, CET-4 required, CET-6 preferred;
6. Have a stronger sense of responsibility, good teamwork ability, communication skills, and humility.
