职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责压力容器、近海工程、集成系统等设计；
2、 协助业务的产品开发、制作及处理日常工作中的技术问题；
3、 生产过程的质量和成本控制，确保产品各环节的返工率控制在公司规定范围以内，确保生产成本核算的真实准确，并控制在合理范围内；
4、 建立、健全公司产品设计开发相关管理制度，控制质量体系的全面运行；
5、 负责对部门人员的日常管理。
任职要求：
1、 过程装备与控制工程（化工）、海洋工程、机械等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、 从事设计工作8年及以上，有压力容器类，特别是气体液体集成系统，加油站，加气站控制系统，近海工程系统研发经验者优先考虑；
3、 熟悉国内外相关专业的法规、标准、规范和规定的要求；熟悉机械原理和金属材料；
4、 精通计算机三维模型SolidWorks设计，熟练掌握设FEA分析（例如：ABAQUS、ANSYS、ADINA、MSC）；
5、 具备较强的组织协调、生产计划及控制能力，综合分析判断能力；
6、 英语CET-4以上，具有较强的英文口语及书面表达能力；
Job Function: Technical Manager (2)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of pressure vessel, offshore engineering, integrated system etc.;
2. Assist in all aspects of product development, deal with technical problems;
3. Control product quality and costs to guarantee low deficiency and reasonable production cost;
4. Improve the management rules of design and development and make the quality system under control;
5. Responsible for the daily management of the staff.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree, major in process equipment and control engineering, chemical machinery, marine engineering, mechanical engineering etc.;
2. At least 8 years design experiences specialized in pressure vessel, gas and liquid integrated system, oil and gas station, offshore engineering;
3. Familiar with domestic and foreign standards and regulations, mechanical principle and metal materials;
4. Proficient in SolidWorks, FEA analysis (ABAQUS、ANSYS、ADINA、MSC);
5. Have a good ability of strong organization and coordination with control and comprehensive analytical skills;
6. Have a good command of both spoken and written English, CET-4 required, CET-6 preferred.
